One competence, three different environments
PT Galactic Indonesia Perkasa operates across Indonesia with offices in Jakarta, Batam, and Bandung. We began with managed network services and expanded into event technical production and maritime connectivity because our customers needed the same thing in three different situations.
Our model is based on bandwidth packages and managed services. We own and maintain the equipment on site, while upstream capacity is supplied by licensed telecommunications partners. This structure keeps operational responsibility clear and shortens incident handling time.
How we work
Scope is locked before work begins
Every engagement opens with a site survey and closes with a handover record. Acceptance criteria are written up front, so there is no argument about what counts as finished. For subscription services, availability targets and time to restore are stated in the SLA.
