Position on telecommunications licensing

GIP operates as a managed service provider and reseller of telecommunications services. Upstream capacity is supplied by partners holding telecommunications operating licences, and the obligations attached to those licences rest with the licence holder. GIP is responsible for customer-premises equipment, configuration, monitoring, and operational support.
